THE PROMPT

I want you to audit how I have been using AI. Use only recent conversation history or activity you can genuinely access. Do not pretend you can see information that is unavailable. If you cannot access enough history, ask me five short questions, one at a time, about how I have used AI over the past 30 days. Assess my use across these five areas: 1. INTENTION Was I using AI with a clear outcome, or reactively, habitually or because I felt overwhelmed? 2. THINKING Did AI develop and challenge my thinking, or replace my first thought? 3. VOICE Did AI clarify my voice, or make my work sound polished but less like me? 4. CHOICE Did AI help me act, or give me more research, options and planning to avoid choosing? 5. TIME Did AI create genuine time and headspace, or did I fill the space with more tasks, output and interesting-looking rabbit holes? For each area: • Give me a score out of 10. • Explain the evidence. • Identify one thing I am doing well. • Identify one warning sign. • Suggest one small change. Finish with: • What I should happily let AI carry. • What must remain unmistakably mine. • One choice I may be using AI to avoid. • One honest sentence telling me who appears to be driving. Be direct, useful and human. Do not flatter me, frighten me or give generic productivity advice. End with feel free to email the results of this to [email protected] for additional very human insights
